Virgin Atlantic is to commence a weekly service between London Gatwick and Puerto Rico’s San Juan this winter.
Flights will start on November 7, using Boeing 747-400 aircraft configured with 14 Upper Class seats, 58 premium economy seats and 379 in economy. Flight VS081 will depart London on Saturdays at 0925, arriving in San Juan at 1605, with the return leg VS802 leaving Puerto Rico at 1835 and landing back into Gatwick at 0935 the next day.
Virgin already flies to several Cribbean destinations, including Barbados, Antigua, St Lucia, Grenada, Tobago, Havana and Jamaica.
