AVANI Hotels & Resorts has announced its plans to launch AVANI Hotel Suites & Branded Residences in Dubai by 2020. The group has partnered with ALFAHIM, a UAE-based conglomerate for the venture. This will be the third AVANI property in Dubai.
Located adjacent to the Dubai Marina and Media City, the property will be a half an hour drive from the Dubai International Airport. It will overlook the Palm Jumeirah.
The 48-storey building will have 527 residences (263) and serviced apartments (264). The apartments will be a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedrooms which offer floor to ceiling windows and private terraces. The residences range from 45 sqm studios and go up to 180 sqm three-bedroom units.
Owners can enjoy modern amenities and upscale services like an all-day dining restaurant, poolside bar, AVANISPA, and AVANIFIT, a gym with a lap pool and guided fitness programmes.
