St Louis-based car-rental company Enterprise Holdings will be soon be heading to Vietnam, where it will offer its flagship Enterprise Rent-A-Car along with its National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands.

Due to launch next year as part of a franchise agreement with MP Logistics, Enterprise Rent-A-Car will offer long-term car rentals that it says are primarily aimed at employees of multinational companies with operations in the country.

Short-term rental services are due to be incorporated into the brand’s offerings, though a timeline for when this is expected to be implemented hasn’t been announced. MP Logistics estimates that average rental durations will range from one to five years.

“We believe this partnership is just the latest example of ensuring that our loyal leisure and corporate customers are able to enjoy the high-quality service they’ve come to expect from our Enterprise, National and Alamo brands, no matter where in the world their travels take them,” said Peter Smith, vice president of global franchising at Enterprise.

Enterprise currently has a presence in more than 90 countries, including parts of Asia-Pacific.
