Enjoy green meetings, farm-to-table cuisine and five-star luxury at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa

Perched on the southern tip of Sentosa, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa is the perfect choice for luxury escapes and team-building retreats.

The family- and pet-friendly destination offers 211 rooms and suites, plus four exquisite villas, set across 27 acres of peaceful grounds overlooking the South China Sea.

Sustainable features appear at every step within the Green Mark-certified building, where guests are welcomed at the naturally ventilated lobby with a wooden keycard. Features such as LED lights and water-efficient technologies are also used in the resort. In guest rooms, disposable amenities have been replaced with large eco-friendly dispensers from Balmain, while all single-use plastics have been removed.

Dining delights

There are three dining outlets and a bar to explore. All-day international dining can be found at Kwee Zeen, with menu highlights ranging from pan-seared, sustainably and locally sourced barramundi to Singapore laksa. Guests can also enjoy delicacies from southern Italy at The Cliff, and afternoon tea and cocktails at LeBar. A must-try is the resort’s sustainable signature cocktail – the Sofitel Sling – concocted with leftover watermelon skins from the kitchen and lemon leaf grown at the resort.

To relax in the evening, guests can make their way to Maduro, complete with a rustic courtyard, for cigars, whisky and live jazz.

The resort sources as much produce locally as possible, while herbs and plants are also grown in the onsite Garden by the Sea. In March 2023, the resort was awarded the highest tier in the Singapore Food Agency’s “Farm-To-Table” recognition as a result of its efforts.

Meeting magic

Whether you want to host an intimate business meeting or an international corporate event, the flexible spaces and professional team can create the ideal event for your requirements.

The resort hosts a dedicated two-storey events centre with 12 meetings rooms including two pillarless ballrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows enable natural light to flood the spaces and lessen the need for electric lighting, while thoughtful architecture allows a natural breeze to reduce the need for air conditioning.

Meetings are supported with eco-friendly conference materials (like pens made from recycled paper and wheat straw), while coffee break menus focus on locally sourced ingredients, such as Portuguese Egg Tart with locally farmed eggs.

An innovative range of team-building workshops is also available, such as mixology sessions hosted by mixologists from LeBar, an open-air pavilion in the heart of the resort.

Time to relax

Once business is concluded, there are plenty of activities to discover, from direct access to the golden sands of Tanjong Beach to the award-winning Sentosa Golf Club nearby. The Sofitel Fitness gym is open 24/7 and guests enjoy complimentary bike hire from reception.

A packed itinerary of Resort Programmes offers entertainment throughout the day, with highlights such as pilates on Saturday afternoons, morning meditations and nature discovery walks.

The resort is a venue for wellness retreats, with a 33-metre pool at the heart of the Sofitel Pool surrounded with swaying palms, loungers and cabanas.

Of course, the Vivocity retail and entertainment mall and the full delights of Sentosa are also nearby, including Universal Studios, the S.E.A. Aquarium, the historic Fort Siloso and the newly launched Sensoryscape.

With flexible green meeting solutions, luxurious lodgings and an endless list of leisure pursuits, the Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa looks forward to welcoming you soon.
