IHG Hotels and Resorts has recently opened its latest property – Holiday Inn Dubai Business Bay – in the UAE.
It is the first Holiday Inn to feature the brand’s innovative Open Lobby concept in the UAE.
The Open Lobby concept is one which transforms the otherwise traditional hotel lobby into a multi-functional hub, encouraging a dynamic environment where individuals seamlessly blend work, dining and social interactions. The design therefore incorporates connected facilities to enhance the overall experience of guests.

Located in Dubai’s business and recreation hub, the hotel targets both corporate and leisure travellers. It is situated a 15-minute drive from Dubai International airport and is close to the city’s major landmarks including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Canal, among others.
The property features 275 well-appointed guest rooms and suites. These rooms and suites are equipped with state-of-the-art conveniences including 55-inch flat screens, and select rooms on the property even offer stunning views of the Burj Khalifa.
As for its meeting facilities, the hotel has meeting and event suites catering for up to 120 guests. They are equipped with audio-visual facilities to make them well-suited for any business or social event including meetings, conferencing, and exhibitions.
Leisure and recreational facilities at the hotel include a 24-hour gym, an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, and a yoga room. Santai, the hotel’s spa, offers a range of body treatments.
F&B options meanwhile include Brasserie on 1, a chic European restaurant that offers an eclectic menu featuring Euro-fusion dishes. La Plancha Terraza Mexicana is the hotel’s alfresco dining venue by the pool, serving Mexican grills, classic tacos, burritos, and a choice of refreshing drinks.
With an aim to appeal to families, Holiday Inn Dubai Business Bay offers kids aged 12 and below the option to stay and eat for free too.
