A good night’s sleep is essential for business travellers, and Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts has built this into the fabric of its brand promise with signature Sleep Experiences. To enhance the quality of guests’ sleep, the Happy Sleepers programme is available to Club and Suite guests and Pan Pacific DISCOVERY members of Platinum tier and above.

This initiative takes great care to ensure the quality of the bed, with box spring mattresses and goose down bedding ensuring guests enjoy a restful slumber. The programme also features a pillow menu; sleep-friendly food and beverage menus that incorporate items such as warm milk and chamomile tea; special services to promote sleep from in-room meditation and yoga programmes to pillow mists and room scents that calm body and mind; plus relaxing bath experiences and reading materials to help guests unwind.

New flagships

In addition to focusing on the core brand principles that distinguish Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts in the luxury hospitality market, the brand is also focused on physical growth with a fleet of new openings and major refurbishments. 

Opened in summer 2023, Pan Pacific Orchard has revitalised Singapore’s iconic shopping street. The stunning design by WOHA Architects features four seamlessly connected stacks – Forest, Beach, Garden and Cloud – that bring the natural environment into the hotel, with landscaped atriums and biophilic zones for a resort feel. Signature restaurant  Mosella, meanwhile, presents Mediterranean cuisine with a Peruvian twist, a first for a Singapore hotel.

Another new opening is the highly anticipated Pan Pacific Jakarta, due to open in mid-2024 in the prestigious mixed-use development Thamrin Nine – the tallest building in Indonesia. The upcoming property will offer 158 rooms and suites and an extensive range of facilities, including a grand ballroom, swimming pool and fitness centre. 

Travellers heading Down Under, meanwhile, can look forward to the refurbishment of Pan Pacific Perth, which is also scheduled to reach completion by mid-2024. 

Other milestone events include the recent relaunch of Pan Pacific Singapore following a major refurbishment, the remarkable success of Pan Pacific London, which has achieved the Forbes Five Star rating each year since it opened in 2021, and the opening of BELLUSTAR TOKYO, A Pan Pacific Hotel, which offers elegant Japanese hospitality and breathtaking vistas of Tokyo.
