Air France is launching a range of new concierge services at Paris CDG next month, with options payable in either cash or Flying Blue miles.
The Air France Conciergerie launches on 11 June for economy, premium economy and business class customers travelling on flights operated by the carrier or codeshare partners.
Departing passengers can purchase a package include a private transfer from addresses in central Paris or within a 40km radius of Paris CDG, a personal greeting by a concierge on arrival at the airport, and baggage handling and check-in at a Sky Priority counter.
Customers will also be accompanied to an Air France lounge (where eligible), and to the boarding gate via priority lanes.
Rates start from €400 for one person (or 80,000 miles), but there are savings for groups of up to four people (for example the cost for four people to use the service is €550 or 110,000 miles). For groups over four people, additional concierges are required “to ensure the best service” and so the cost increases – for example a group of five will cost €950 or 190,000 miles.
For transit customers the service includes being met as the customer disembarks at Paris CDG, before being accompanied to the lounge (where eligible), and throughout the connection process via priority lanes and to the boarding gate.
Rates for the transit service start from €300 or 60,000 miles for one person, rising to €450 or 90,000 miles for a group of four people.
Finally the arrivals option includes being greeted by a concierge when disembarking the aircraft, being accompanied to the baggage claim area via priority lanes, baggage collection and transfer to vehicle, and private transfer to addresses within 40km of Paris CDG.
Rates for the arrivals package are similar to those for departing customers, starting from €400 or 80,000 miles for one person, rising to €550 or 110,000 miles for a group of four people.
Air France Conciergerie can be booked up to 18 hours before departure, with French and English speaking concierges calling customers before their flight to finalise arrangements. More information on the service can be seen here.
