    My partner recently flew from Luxembourg to Madrid via Barcelona. I act as his travel agent (he would blow a fuse just thinking about booking a flight) and I used my e-mail address.

    I received a message from vueling informing me that due to an aircraft change my better half had a €10 voucher to be used against his next reservation, valid until December.

    Well done vueling.

    Was my partner aware of the aircraft change? No way José – he hasn’t a foggy about aircraft and was probably thinking about his next Ducados!

    I have no idea if the change was on the LUX-BCN or BCN-MAD sector. I suspect the latter.
