I’ve got a trip out to the States in the first quarter of next year (leisure, not work) and will have an early morning flight from LAX to SEA. My flight into LAX gets in late evening so the easy solution for me is to get a hotel near the airport. There seem to be quite a number to choose from and all have shuttle buses to and from the airport.

Do any of the well travelled folk here have any recommendations of a good one to stay at? I’m not bothered about price or breakfast – just one with a reliable shuttle bus service.

I generally stay at the Westin LAX or the Sheraton LAX. Both have good shuttles..

I like the Westin a little better as there is a car hire place bang next door so if I go and see friends in the Hills or Valley, far easier and cheaper than taking a taxi….

I have used the Radisson twice and sadly, I recommend you avoid it – I will not stay there again.

Hi, I have used the Hilton a few times and have been very happy with this. They have a Hertz station onsite which is also convenient.

I have however, popped over to the Marriott for beer and American bar food 🙂
