Business Class seats UK airline style

Having just read Jenny S’s report of the inaugural Virgin 787 flight, it has made me wonder why yet another UK airline has not decided to update its business class offerings. Flip over business class seats are certainly yester year….

I think most other of the “major legacy airlines” have now updated their business class offerings in recent years….. but not either of the UK’s 2 longhaul scheduled airlines….

Is it down to being British or they don’t want to spend the money OR the airlines in question, believe they have a world leading product in their business class…
