BT readers may be interested to know that British Airways have this morning loaded fares showing 15%-20% reductions across all cabins:

Expect to see advertising commencing soon but, as always, the best availability will be there now and before the hordes descend.

As we're now accustomed to, and almost certainly reflecting the generally more-positive noises coming from the industry regarding loads and yields, fares are competitive but generally higher than the last sale.

Compare, for example, New York. Yesterday's cheapest fare from London was £401. Sale fares are from £341; the last sale fare was £328.

Don't forget, also, that the exEU sale continues until the 30 August, with example Club fares from Copenhagen to New York from c£1200:

Public promotion of the sale has now begun.

East Coast USA in World Traveller Plus looks the strongest offer from £612, though Sydney in World Traveller from £770 is £93 lower than the best fare available during the last sale.
