Air One A320 Economy (short-haul)

In July, we took Air One from Milan Malpensa to Prague which is code shared with A’italia (own by same co), It Flight is only 1.5 hours, it has a configuration of 3×3 economy seats only, I got seat no 9E middle seat.

The leg room is one of the narrowest I had ever seen in any plane, my knees were touching the seat in front and I can’t imagine if the passenger in front will incline the seat, it might break my knees! I was very surprised that all drinks and snacks have to be paid for as it was not like this 2 years ago when I took Rome to Milan flight, did Air One change to a low cost airline?
