Is it me or is this site, and the loyalty scheme as well, persistently hard work? I don’t think I have ever found this a pleasant or easy to use site, and entering loyalty details etc always a nightmare.

Maybe I am just not patient but it seems to be nothing like the Hilton or IHG websites.

Obviously having a whinge here but would welcome the thoughts of others.

I personally find the Accor website easy as my card number is already in the system I think you just need to check your settings in your computer or mobile may that may help you good luck

I’m with you Sparkflyer, it’s clunky and unnecessarily complex. Not a major fan of most of their brands either. I actually find the Hilton and IHG sites a little sticky too. For me the most user friendly is Marriott, by a long way.

    +1 Sparkflyer and Planegeek.
I used to like Accor and used them all the time until major problems in getting credits for stays. I have only used them if the properties were convenient etc.

Recently had a stay at a Sofitel, which was fine, but I received an email telling me I had just asked for my BA Exec account to be credited with Avios rather than points. I have always had that in my profile, but the email was telling me I had changed preference!
