As its name suggests, this elegant old-style bar is inspired by Sir Winston Churchill and his wife Clementine, seen in the bookshelves, love letters and photographs displayed all over. So much so, that the terrace even features a life-like statue of the former politician, sitting in a corner with his cigar — a perfectly Instagram-worthy spot. While you are at this award-winning bar, don’t forget to try one of the gin-based cocktails made using the bar’s exclusive Churchill Craft Gin, blended with a side of homemade tonic. While you’re in the mood for some good living, why not opt for a cigar from Cuban cigar supplier Hunters & Frankau, available on request in the bar. Travellers can also enjoy The Churchill Bar & Terrace’s winter theme at the end of this month.
