RESTAURANTS AND BARS The main dinner options are Ta-Krai, an authentic Thai outlet; Sakura, a Japanese outlet; and Olive, a Mediterranean-fusion restaurant. There’s also the Deli, which is open for a casual breakfast and lunch as well as Waterfront, an international restaurant offering a variety of cuisines. The Czar Lobby Bar is stylish and there are also the Aquamarine and Infinity pool bars.
BUSINESS AND MEETING FACILITIES There is a business centre and small meeting room. The ballroom is 298sqm in size.
LEISURE FACILITIES Onsite there is a fitness centre. Definitely not to be missed is the Quan Spa. Here, your massage therapies and other treatments can be carried out indoors or on balés in the Quan courtyard.

VERDICT: This is a gorgeous property. Effectively self-contained, you don’t really need to set foot offsite although the surrounding beaches and countryside are stunning. Staff are attentive but not intrusive. The spa is superb and the range of food and beverage options is excellent given the size of the hotel.
