Portuguese hotel group Pestana is to unveil its first UK property next week, with the opening of the four-star Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel.
Located on Queenstown Road, just south of Chelsea Bridge and opposite Battersea Park, the 216-room property features a spa with indoor swimming pool, six meeting rooms catering up to 500 delegates, a restaurant, bar and coffee shop.
The closest rail station to the hotel is Battersea Park, with Sloane Square tube stop and London Victoria station both around 15 minutes walk to the north.
Rooms include king-size or twin beds, wifi internet access, iPod docking stations, and separate bath and shower, while selected rooms also feature exercise bikes as standard.
There is a Club Floor, with benefits including complimentary hot breakfast, tea and coffee throughout the day, evening snacks and an honesty bar.
The hotel’s spa features an indoor pool, gym, steam room, sauna and treatment rooms, while Atlantico Restaurant and Lounge is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving “authentic Portuguese signature dishes”.
To celebrate the hotel’s official opening on March 1, Pestana is offering a launch rate from £114 per room per night, including accommodation in a double room and full english breakfast, for stays until April 30.
