JW Café at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar presents The Grand Wedding Brunch this Sunday, November 17, 2019, which will focus on western wedding specials.
On the menu are the likes of clove pricked leg of pork with maple glaze, roasted turkey breast, classic chicken fricassee, Italian flat-bread with exotic toppings and Mexican dishes like nachos, tacos, quesadilla. Desserts include classical European cakes, assorted frangipani tarts, cake popsicles and chef’s crafted bonbon bar with single origin chocolate amongst the others.
Also, a part of The Grand Wedding Brunch is ‘Passion Made Edible’, a showcase of handcrafted chocolate jewellery by Chef Santosh Rawat, embellished with Swarovski Zirconia, a collection of precision-cut jewellery stones. Chef Santosh Rawat, Executive Pastry Chef, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, will exhibit jewellery pieces such as necklaces, bracelets, cufflinks, etc. set with Zirconia from Swarovski in an edible form.
