SriLankan Airlines started service from Colombo to Gan Island in the Maldives on Thursday, December 1.
Gan is one of the more populated islands in the south of Maldives. It is on SriLankan Airlines’ recently announced plans to expand its network to 11 destinations in Asia and the Middle East.
Direct flight UL119 takes off from Colombo at 0701 and arrives at Gan Island at 0835.
Return flight UL120 takes off from Gan Island at 0905 and arrives at Colombo at 1125.
The Colombo-Gan Island route is serviced by an A320 four times weekly by SriLankan Airlines — Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
