Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces has opened The Gateway Resort Pushkar Bypass Ajmer.
The 81-room property is 140 km from Jaipur airport and 15 km from Ajmer railway station.
The hotel’s design is inspired from Rajasthani culture, featuring pink sandstone walls and Bani Thani art, a local artwork that originated in a nearby town.
While primarily a leisure hotel, The Gateway Resort Pushkar Bypass Ajmer is also positioning itself as a MICE venue, with state-of-the-art conference rooms and a 464sqm ballroom that can accomodate up to 500 people.
The hotel features a courtyard that overlooks Aravalis mountain range. It also houses a spa and pool, and offers in-room yoga facilities. Its restaurant – Aravali – serves traditional Rajasthani cuisine with dishes such as laal maans, daal baati chuma and ghewar.
The Gateway Resort Pushkar Bypass Ajmer is a convenient option for travellers looking to explore the Hindu pilgrimage site of Pushkar or discover Ajmer.
