Eva Air has made changes to its Royal Laurel business class service.
New ground benefits include electronic maps located at check-in counters, “directing travellers towards both VIP lounges and relevant departure gates”.
Passenger will now be offered cold-pressed pineapple juice and Godiva chocolates upon boarding, and there is a sommelier-style wine service, with cabin crew “presenting a wine’s label and vintage, describing its features and – before pouring a glass – presenting a sample for tasting.
On the carrier’s B777-300ER aircraft a full turn-down service is now offered, with crew converting the seat into a bed complete with cotton mattress.
Eva Air recently announced plans to launch flights between Taipei and Chicago from November.
