Carlson Rezidor’s Radisson Red brand is to open a new-build property close to Miami airport.
The 155-room hotel will be located at 3450 NW 25th Street, around two miles from the terminal building.
Radisson Red Miami airport is scheduled to open in 2018, and will feature the brand’s signature F&B outlet Ouibar and Ktchn, as well as a pool and fitness centre.
The property is the third Radisson Red hotel under development in the US, joining the Radisson Red Minneapolis Downtown (scheduled to open late December 2016), and the Radisson Red Portland (slated for 2018).
Carlson Rezidor recently unveiled the world’s first Radisson Red property in Brussels, and globally there are currently 16 Radisson Red hotels in development, with plans to open 60 properties by 2020.
