Dream Hotel Group has announced an expansion of its Dream Hotels brand, with six new properties in the US and Qatar.
The group will open the 175-room Dream Palm Springs (2018), the 169-room Dream Nashville (mid-2018), the 260-room Dream Dallas (second half of 2018), the 239-room Dream Times Square (second half of 2018), the 254-room Dream Long Island City (2019) and the 325-room Dream Doha (late 2019).
These six properties will join the existing Dream Midtown NYC, Dream Downtown NYC, Dream South Beach Miami, Dream Bangkok, and Dream Phuket Hotel and Spa.
The David Rockwell-designed Dream Hollywood is also under development, and scheduled to open this September.
Dream Hotels describes its properties as “local hangouts”, with “indulgent restaurants, upscale bars and playfully exquisite lounges”.
Originally known as Hampshire Hotels Management, the Dream Hotel Group was founded by Sant Singh Chatwal, and comprises brands including Unscripted, Time Hotels and The Chatwal.
