Rotana has announced its first hotel in Morocco – a 140-unit Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana property in Marrakech.
The development will be located within M Avenue, a new shopping, entertainment and residential destination connecting the old city with Menara Gardens.
The property is scheduled to open by the end of 2018, and will feature three dining outlets, an outdoor pool, meeting facilities, and a fitness and wellness centre with gym, sauna, steam room and spa bath.
The M Avenue development will include a 500-metre 'Garden Avenue' promenade, along which will be situated hotels, residences, retail outlets, restaurants, art galleries and exhibition venues.
Rotana recently announced plans to open its first hotels in India, with two properties located close to Mumbai International airport.
