British Airways has introduced Dartington Crystal glassware to its first class cabin.
The collection includes a tumbler, brandy glass, wine glass, champagne flute and a crimson water glass.
Commenting on the airline’s new partnership, director of customer experience Troy Warfield said: “Dartington Crystal was the clear favourite to provide us with the best quality and most durable glass for our customers flying in First.”
Managing director at Dartington Crystal Neil Hughes said:
“We are proud to be associated with this most prestigious part of our national airline. As the last surviving British name for glassware we are delighted that British Airways has chosen to reflect their high standards with our products.”
Established in 1967 in Torrington, Devon, Dartington Crystal will be available to enjoy fine wines, spirits and soft drinks including Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle.
