Israeli carrier El Al has opened its new King David lounge at Heathrow T4.
Managed by the Plaza Premium Group, the 340 sqm facility features business and first class zones, free wifi, charging points, and three food counters with dishes supplied by family-run kosher restaurant Isola Bella.
The lounge is located in front of gate 2 (EL Al flights depart from gate 3), and is open from 3.5 hours before flights.
El Al moved operations from Heathrow T1 to T4 in April last year, and passengers had been using the Plaza Premium lounge at the terminal until the unveiling of the carrier’s own facility.
