Accorhotels has opened its first 4-star Mercure brand in the south Indian city of Hyderabad — the Mercure Hyderabad KCP. This is the fourth property by the hospitality group and the third of its brand to open there.

The other Accor Hotels properties in Hyderabad are: Hotel Formule1 Hyderabad Hitec City, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, and Novotel Hyderabad Airport.

Ibis Hyderabad Hitech City will open in June 2016.

The 128-room hotel launched last week and is located in the city’s commercial hub. The rooms are categorised into Superior City View, Superior Lake View, Deluxe and a suite. Each room has a work desk, free wifi, tea/coffee maker, and iron and ironing board.

Mercure Hyderabad KCP has three restaurants and bars: the 24-hour Cayenne, the Roof Top restaurant, and a bar in the lobby.

The five meeting rooms raning from 173 sqm to 32 sqm are equipped with videoconferencing facilities, projector and wifi.
