India’s budget airline IndiGo has announced its cancellation fee of Rs 2,250 will now be imposed irrespective of cancellation date — effective today (April 1).
Up until March 31, IndiGo levied a Rs 2,250 charge for cancellation within seven days, and Rs 1,900 if cancelled a week or more before departure date.
IndiGo currently holds the largest market share in India’s aviation industry.
