St Regis Hotels & Resorts has announced its debut property in Malaysia.
The St Regis Langkawi Resort will open on April 6, becoming the popular holiday island's first luxury resort in a decade.
Located in a private cove on Langkawi’s southern tip, the property fronts onto a 600-metre private beach, and overlooks a 100,000 sqm private lagoon that integrates with the Andaman Sea.
The St Regis Langkawi is the first all-suite luxury resort on Langkawi, offering four villas and 85 suites, of which 20 come with private swimming pools and cabanas.
The accommodation features a light colour scheme inspired by the island’s corals, green sea and jungles, while also showcasing local artwork that depicts Langkawi’s rich heritage and natural surroundings.
F&B options include international cuisine at L’Orangerie, fusion at Kayuputi, snacks in Gourmand Deli, coffee and tea in the Drawing Room, wines at Decanter and cocktails at the St Regis Bar.
The resort is also home to the brand’s signature Iridium Spa, consisting of eight private rooms where guests can experience a range of wellness treatments.
