The Park Hotels has joined the Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) loyalty program through Design Hotels.
As reported previously (see news, December, 2015), when Design Hotels joined the SPG programme individual hotels in the Design Hotels collection had the option of being added to the SPG programme.
Despite the ongoing acquisition of Starwood Hotels by Marriott Internatiuonal (see online news here), the arrangement has continued with more hotels being added and SPG members are able to redeem at over 50 of Design Hotels' 280 properties.
Now five properties in The Park Hotels collection - Kolkata, New Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore - have joined SPG through this arrangement. It means that SPG members can use their points at these five properties from 23 March, 2016 onwards.
