Jet Airways and Korean Air have announced a new codeshare agreement, which will take affect from March 1.
The agreement will see Korean Air place its code on Jet Airways’ flights from Mumbai and Delhi to Bangkok and Singapore, and Jet place its code on Korean’s non-stop services between Seoul and Mumbai, and on flights between Seoul and Bangkok / Singapore.
The carriers said that the number of codeshare routes will be expanded by the end of this year.
In addition a new reciprocal loyalty scheme partnership will allow members of Korean Air’s Skypass and Jet Airways’ Jet Privilege programmes to earn and burn miles across the entire network of the two carriers.
