A new IHG Business Rewards offer will give corporate members the opportunity to earn twice as many points.
The standard earn rate of three points for every US dollar spent has been doubled to six points. This will apply to accommodation and meeting bookings from now until April 30, with stays to be completed by July 31.
There is a points cap however. Members can earn a maximum of 120,000 points during the promotional period. This will require a total spend of US$20,000, rather than US$40,000, to achieve.
Members can use their points to redeem reward nights or airline miles, spend the points on technological goods in the online store, or receive a Meetings Credits Prepaid Mastercard for future use.
“The Double Play promotion is designed to introduce greater flexibility and bring quicker rewards to those who stay and host meetings with us,” said Nick Barton, chief commercial officer, Asia, Middle East and Africa, IHG.
“We trust members will benefit greatly when they earn double reward points faster than before and choose to enjoy from our generous range of redemption options.”
