Accorhotels has opened a 588-room Ibis property within the Dubai World Trade Centre complex.
It’s the largest Ibis hotel in the GCC region, and the third property by the French hotel group within the complex on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Facilities at Ibis One Central include soundproofed rooms, free wifi, Asian fusion restaurant Wok and Co, and Cubano-Lito Bar and Grill. Breakfast is available from 0400 to 1200 daily, and there are also five meeting rooms accommodating up to 200 people.
The hotel joins the Novotel World Trade Centre and Ibis World Trade Centre within the complex of the same name.
Accorhotel’s budget brand recently opened the 155-room Ibis Chennai City Centre (see news January 16), and last year became the first foreign brand to re-enter Iran (see news September 15, 2015).
