Madera Hotel Management has introduced its newly refurbished serviced apartment in Hong Kong.
Madera Residences is located at 19 Cheong Lok Street Jordon, placing it within close proximity of the MTR subway station, as well as the popular Nathan Road thoroughfare, which links Salisbury Road in Tsim Sha Tsui to Boundary Street in Prince Edward.
The 106-room serviced residence is Madera Hotel Management’s third establishment in Hong Kong, following Hotel Madera Hong Kong (Jordan) and Madera Café (Shau Kei Wan). It will soon be followed by the Madera Hollywood in Central, which is due to open in Q1, 2016.
Inspired by the leisurely Spanish lifestyle, the designers at Lagranja Design have outfitted the property with playful colours and textures resulting in each level and suite having its unique look. The size of the suites range from 33 sqm to 76 sqm, while the studio apartments start at 37 sqm and extend all the way to 46 sqm.
Standard room features include designer furniture, flat-screen television with cable channels, complimentary broadband access, and a fully equipped kitchenette. 51 apartments also come with full-sized bathtubs, while the rest offer rain shower facilities.
Madera Residences is directly connected to Hotel Madera Hong Kong, which means that all guests staying at the serviced apartments property are afforded access to the hotel’s facilities. This includes use of the 24-hours gym, game room, coffee shop and rooftop lounge.
