Radisson Blu has announced plans for a 264-unit serviced apartments property in western Dubai.
The Radisson Blu Residence Al Sufouh is shceuled to open in the first quarter of 2017, and will feature apartments ranging between 40 and 80sqm.
Facilities will include a restaurant, lobby café and deli, meeting space, a gym and free wifi throughout.
The new property will join Radisson’s existing serviced apartments at Dubai Marina, as well as the Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek, the Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Downtown, the Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Media City, and a resort property in neighbouring Sharjah.
The Rezidor brand recently opened its first hotel in Nairobi (see news November 26, 2015), and announced plans to open its eighth Moscow property in 2017 (see news October 29, 2015).
