Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Worldwide’s midscale hotel brand, and Majid Al Futtaim, a leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer in the Middle East, announced the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of the Emirates yesterday.
The second largest Hilton Garden Inn in the world, and the largest outside America, it is also the first LEED Gold hotel by Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai.
The new hotel, owned by Majid Al Futtaim and managed by Hilton Worldwide, has 370 guestrooms – 132 of which are interconnecting – and is located just steps away from the iconic premier shopping, leisure and entertainment centre “The Mall of the Emirates”.

Leading the region in sustainable development, the hotel was awarded Gold certification by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) as the first LEED Gold hotel property by Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai.
It features a comprehensive range of guest amenities, including a health club, outdoor pool, business centre and flexible meeting spaces. All rooms boast the brand’s signature bedding, and a spacious and clutter-free workdesk with an ergonomic chair.
F&B options include the Garden Grille, which offers all-day dining, the Garden Café – serving snacks and drinks, and the Garden Bar. Also available is the Pavilion Pantry, open 24 hours and featuring a selection of snacks, sweet treats, cold beverages and frozen, microwaveable packaged items.
Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of the Emirates follows the recently opened Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat and Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Mina, and represents the latest addition to the brand’s growing portfolio of more than 650 hotels worldwide.
