Jet Airways has entered into a new codeshare partnership with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Delta Air Lines to provide its customers with one-stop connectivity between India and 30 destinations across Europe and 11 in the US and Canada.
With effect from March 27, 2016 Jet Airways will launch daily non-stop services between India (one each from Mumbai and New Delhi) and Amsterdam, as the city becomes its new European gateway for onward connections.
Previously, Brussels was the airline's European connection base, but the route failed to generate a popular response and a recent announcement revealed Jet Airways will discontinue Delhi and Mumbai flights to Brussels, also on March 27.
Jet Airways will operate the Airbus A330 on routes to Europe and the US, with the aircraft featuring a two-class configuration of 34 seats in Premier (business) and 259 in economy.
