12 Dec 2015 by GrahamSmith

Renaissance London Heathrow has reopened following a £20 million renovation.

The major upgrade includes extending the exterior of the hotel with new lighting and signage to redesigned public areas and rooms.

Features include a new Market Garden restaurant, Bar Eleven and a lobby lounge. The hotel's meeting spaces, including all 17 function suites and five breakout rooms, have also been revamped.

Sixty-one new guestrooms have been added, bringing the total to 710 rooms and suites.

The property is ideally located on the main perimeter road, which makes it the closest hotel to the airport's central terminals. There are 700 resurfaced parking spaces, while a park and fly option provides regular access to the airport via shuttle.

Additional amenities offered include a health club, wifi, room service and a bureau de change.

Renaissance London Heathrow is owned and operated by management company Arora Hotels.
