China Eastern to serve Prague in 2016

China Eastern Airlines will launch a new service connecting its base in Shanghai Pudong to Prague from April 2, 2016. The new route will be the carrier’s first service to Eastern Europe, and expands a European presence that currently consists of Paris, Frankfurt and London. According to airlineroute.net, the Prague service will operate every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, with flight MU707 departing Shanghai at 1230 and arriving in Prague at 1815. The return service on flight MU708 takes off from Prague at 2015 and touches back down in Shanghai at 1310 the following day. Flights will be operated by an A330-200 fitted with a two-class configuration – the widebody aircraft will offer 24 flatbed seats in business and 240 standard seats in economy.
