Intercontinental Hotels Group will open two adjoining properties at London Heathrow Terminal 4 in 2018.
The new-build development will contain Crowne Plaza London - Heathrow Terminal 4 and Holiday Inn Express London - Heathrow Terminal 4.
The hotels will have direct access to the terminal via an airbridge and to the London Underground and Heathrow Express.
The Crowne Plaza property will contain 300 rooms, five meeting rooms and two boardrooms. The Holiday Inn Express hotel will feature 450 rooms and an Express Café and Bar.
Both will be managed by Arora Hotels.
Robert Shepherd, IHG's chief development officer, Europe, said: "Dual-branded hotel developments are attractive for hotel investors because of the significant cost savings and operating efficiencies, and they give guests a choice of two great hotels in the one location depending on their needs.
"We're confident this fantastic combination, coupled with the hotels' great location will make these two hotels the number one choice for business and leisure guests travelling to and from London."
Last week, IHG announced it will open a Hotel Indigo property in London's Aldgate in 2017 (see news, November 17).
