Fraser Hospitality has opened its second serviced residence in Tianjin, China.
The 192-unit Fraser Place Tianjin is the group’s 15th Chinese property, and is located close to the historic Nankai district – home to landmarks such as the Tianjin Museum, Tianjin Radio and Television Tower, and Tianjin Olympic Stadium Centre.
Apartment sizes range from 45sqm to 121sqm, and come in a number of different configurations, from studios to three-bedroom units, that come with integrated living, dining and bedroom areas, fully-equipped kitchens and home entertainment systems.
Lobby bar
Fraser Place Tianjin also offers several leisure facilities including a 24/7 gym, lobby bar, billiards and games room, kids club, jet pool, steam and sauna facilities, and the all-day dining restaurant Swatches, which features a buffet area, a private room and outdoor BBQ area.
Business facilities, meanwhile, include meeting spaces that can host up to 100 persons for cocktail parties, banquets or seminars, and a boardroom that has a capacity for 20. Complimentary wifi is available throughout all areas of the property.
To commemorate the opening, Fraser Place Tianjin is offering an introductory rate starting at RMB12,000 (US$1,870) per month, inclusive of daily breakfast and housekeeping. The deal is available for stays commencing from December 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016, and is subjected to availability.
