Vueling to launch Paris-Gatwick route

Vueling will launch a new route between Paris Charles de Gaulle and London Gatwick next year.

The Spanish carrier will operate a six-times weekly A320 service on the route from May 5. It will fly every day apart from on Saturdays, reports airlineroute.net.

Outbound service VY8772 will depart Paris at 2020 and arrive in London at 2040. Return leg will leave LGW at 2125 and land at CDG at 2340.

Vueling is opening a base at Paris CDG in May and previously announced eight launch routes from the airport daily to Venice and Prague; five-times weekly to Vienna; four-times weekly to Copenhagen; twice-weekly to Bari, Fuerteventura and Tangier; and a service to Naples (see news, September 23).
