2 Nov 2015 by Tom Otley

Fog is causing delays at many of the UK's airports this morning.

Over 50 flights have been cancelled at London Heathrow and there are delays to other flights.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning and listed the regions affected as East Midlands, east of England, London & south-east England, north-east England, north-west England, south-west England, Wales, West Midlands, Yorkshire and Humber.

All airports are advising checking with your airline to see if your flight is afected.

London City is also cancelling flights, and there are problems across Europe.

Easyjet has warned of widespread disruption across its network.

In a statement, the airline said: "Please be aware that we continue to suffer from major network disruption today due to poor weather conditions throughout Europe causing low visibility. This has resulted in a large number of aircraft and crew out of place for flights today.

"In addition, we are seeing a lot of Air Traffic Control restrictions which has resulted in some delays, diversions and cancellations."

To see whether you flight is delayed, Heathrow has the following list of airline websites here, while Gatwick has the list here.
