Hilton Worldwide has opened a Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in London’s Southwark area.
The Hilton London Bankside is located near the Tate Modern gallery and contains 292 guestrooms, including 25 suites, and a penthouse apartment with its own private roof terrace.
Facilities include an Executive lounge; eight meeting suites; the Bankside Ballroom, which can hold up to 700 people; a restaurant, OXBO Bankside; The Distillery bar; and a fitness centre and swimming pool.
Rob Palleschi, Hilton Worldwide’s global head of full service brands, said: “Located in one of Britain’s oldest settlements, Hilton London Bankside is a unique property, beautifully designed to represent the city’s historical past and urban environment.”
The first Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in Cambridge will open in December (see news, October 8).
