Marriott opens serviced apartment property in Xi'an

6 Oct 2015 by Clement Huang

Marriott International has introduced its first apartment brand to Xi'an, China.

As the brand’s seventh property in China, The Fairway Place – Xi'an Marriott Executive Apartments is located within the hi-tech development zone, home to major corporations such as Oracle and Fujitsu. The property is also within 40 minutes from Xi'an Xiangyang International Airport.

The Fairway Place – Xi’an Marriott Executive Apartments offers 159 serviced apartments, ranging from studio (40 sqm) to three-bedroom (110 sqm) configurations to cater for single and group travellers.

The interior design features dark wood colours with neutrals that help set the overall tone for the guestrooms. The use of crème marble adds extra elegance to the accommodations. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, storage areas and includes separate areas for rest, relaxation and work.

Recreational facilities are limited to a fitness centre and kid’s garden, while there is a 110 sqm function room for business meetings and social events.

There are two dining options available: the Residence Lounge and Hacker-Pschorr Brauhaus. With an outdoor terrace and over 380 seats, Hacker-Pschorr Brauhaus offers traditional Bavarian food and authentic Bavarian beer sourced directly from an expert brewmaster from Germany. As a member of the Paulaner beer family, the name Hacker-Pschorr has been a symbol of Munich’s brewing tradition dating back to 1417.
