Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts has signed to manage a new 350-room luxury resort in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province.
Scheduled to open in May 2019, the Dusit Thani Sandalwoods Resort Huizhou Shuangyue Bay will be two hours from Shenzhen and three hours from Guangzhou. The Huizhou airport and high-speed train station will both be a 90-minute drive away.
Dusit has revealed that it will occupy a 30-storey building, offering a 1,150sqm ballroom and nine multi-function rooms.
There will also be the company’s signature Thai-inspired spa, which will provide guests with a full range of wellness programs. Other recreational facilities will include a kids club, gymnasium and outdoor swimming pool.
Dining options will comprise of an all-day dining restaurant, a Thai restaurant and a lobby lounge.
