Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts has launched a dedicated website for its club floor bookings - Club Intercontinental.
Internationally, some 70 properties out of a total of 180 Intercontinentals offer Executive Floor options.
The new website lists those properties, along with the differing benefits that those who book Club Intercontinental receive.
A note on the website points out: "The benefits designed by a participating hotel may vary. Club Intercontinental room rates are subject to availability and vary at each participating hotel.
"Participating hotels are subject to change without notice and the number of Club Intercontinental rooms available at each participating hotel may be limited."
Nevertheless, Bruce Ryde, director of brand marketing, luxury and lifestyle brands, IHG Asia, Middle East and Africa, said: "Club Intercontinental is much more than a room category – it includes an array of bespoke privileges from the moment your make your Club Intercontinental reservation to your departure from the hotel.
"Our guests can enjoy an array of services including dedicated staff on hand to assist you, Club rooms and access to the exclusive Club Intercontinental Lounge."
Although benefits do differ, Club benefits normally include access to the Club lounge, breakfast buffet, complimentary pressing, evening drinks and light dining such as canapés.
IHG recently launches the new Spire Elite top tier membership level for its IHG Rewards Club loyalty scheme (see news, July 10).
