Time is running out for East Coast Rewards loyalty scheme members to redeem or convert their points.
Members have until September 30 to use their points, which were accrued before Virgin Trains East Coast took over the rail franchise in March (see news, November 2014).
They can either redeem them against the current range of rewards or exchange them for Nectar points or Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles.
All members have been contacted by Virgin Trains East Coast, but now have a little over three weeks before the deadline at the end of the month.
