3 Sep 2015 by GrahamSmith

Ryanair has announced its schedule at London airports during summer 2016, including new routes to Milan Malpensa, Sofia, Verona and Vilnius.

Three of the new services, to Milan, Sofia and Verona, will depart from Stansted, while the fourth, to Vilnius, will depart from Luton.

Business Traveller reported on the new daily service between Stansted and Sofia last month (see news, August 10).

Ryanair said that next summer it will operate a total of 129 routes from Stansted, five routes from Gatwick, and 18 routes from Luton.

At Stansted, it will operate extra flights on 18 routes, including a daily service to Berlin, five-times daily flights to Edinburgh and four-times daily to Glasgow.

At Gatwick, the budget carrier said it will add services to Dublin, increasing to six-times daily, while at Luton it will fly four daily services to Copenhagen

Ryanair spokesman Kenny Jacobs said: "Ryanair is pleased to launch our London summer 2016 schedule, which includes new routes to Milan Malpensa (our newest base), Sofia, Verona and Vilnius, with over 150 routes in total, which will deliver 22.8 million customers per annum at London Stansted, London Gatwick and London Luton airports."
