British Airways Executive Club members can earn Avios under a new partnership with taxi-sharing app Hailo.
Members can earn one Avios for every £1 spent, and until December 31 new users will receive 400 bonus Avios on their first London airport transfer and 100 bonus Avios on subsequent trips to the airport.
To be eligible, Executive Club members must enter their membership number into their Hailo profile. They will then receive Avios for each ride taken in London.
Note that it appears that the offer currently only applies to rides taken in London (Hailo is available in more than 20 cities, including Madrid, Barcelona and Osaka, and all across Ireland).
Details, terms and conditions and a list of qualifying London airports (London Oxford didn't make the list) can be read on Hailo's website here. No details have appeared as yet on the Avios site.
