Turkish Airlines has added another service between Istanbul and Venice.
The new B737-800 service will operate daily as TK1839/1840 between Sabiha Gokcen and Venice Marco Polo airports.
It joins the carrier's existing 24 weekly flights between Istanbul's Ataturk and Venice Maro Polo airports.
On every day except Saturdays, outbound service TK1839 departs Istanbul at 0955 and arrives in Venice at 1130, with return leg EK1840 leaving Venice at 1230 and landing in Istanbul at 1600.
On Saturdays, outbound flight TK1839 departs Istanbul at 1035 and arrives in Venice at 1210, with return service EK1840 leaving Venice at 1310 and landing in Istanbul at 1640.
Turkish Airlines currently flies to ten Italian destinations - Rome, Milan, Venice, Bologna, Turin, Genoa, Naples, Catania, Pisa and Bari.
The carrier will launch a new daily service between Istanbul Ataturk and London Heathrow from October 25 (see news, April 15).
